The Pet Lodge at the Woodmoor Veterinary Hospital offers full boarding services for your dog or cat. Please take the time to read the following information about our services before scheduling an appointment.

For the health of all of our animal guests, we require proof of current vaccinations before admission into our boarding and grooming. If your pet is not current on vaccinations or we have not received vaccination records we are happy to provide that service on the day of admission. Monday - Friday Drop off/pick-up: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday Drop off/pick-up: 8:00 am - 12:00 am After Hours Saturdays & Sundays *After Hours Drop off/Pick-up: Saturday and Sunday between 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Ask about our holiday hours. *Clients must prepay, and there will be an additional fee of $6.00. After hours pick-up is best scheduled ahead of time, but as always, we strive to accommodate emergency trips as much as possible The Pet Lodge provides Hills Science Diet Sensitive Stomach food for all boarders. If you would like to supply your own food for your pets, please do so in a labeled, re-sealable container. (i.e. Tupperware or individual zip-lock baggies with the pets name, last name, and feeding instructions). Please note that if your dogs need to be separated for feeding, you must reserve two runs. We provide soft and sanitary beds for all our guests. These are cleaned as needed while your pet is here, and sanitized between guests. We do not encourage bringing your own bedding, as these are often difficult to clean properly and may become lost among the hospital bedding during the washing process if not labeled clearly and permanently. If you wish to bring your pet´s own bedding, you may do so with the understanding that we may not be able to clean it. Please clearly and permanently label all bedding with your pet´s first and last name. Thank you for your cooperation. Any toys and/or personal items are left at your own risk. Each kennel space is cleaned, and sanitized a minimum of twice a day. Because of the constant attention and excitement that occurs in the kennel, most pets do not play with their toys, but like the playing with the staff and conversation with each other instead. All dogs are exercised at least twice a day. They get hand walked while their runs are being cleaned. Soon we hope to have our play room up and running, where for an additional charge, the staff will personally give your pet extra attention and play time. During our peak seasons (holidays and spring break) we require reservations to be made in advance (we recommend about two months in advance) and a $25 deposit to hold the desired accommodations. If your plans change, please cancel your reservations as soon as possible so we can accommodate another boarder from outr waiting list. If your pet has any health issues, or has had surgery recently, please let us know. Medications (including injections) can be given to your pet during his/her stay for an additional fee. Brian Douglas, our kennel manager has veterinary technician experience and watches all our boarders very closely. CANINE BOARDING FEES Small Run - $18/night This is a 3´x6´ indoor area. Additional dogs are $13 each. Large Run - $23/night This is a 4´x12´ indoor area. Additional dogs are $14 each. Dog Suite - $44/night A suite is two large runs with an adjoining door. The price includes two dogs and is $14 for each additional dog. Please make reservations as these are very popular. FELINE BOARDING FEES Condo - $14/night A condo is a 28"x28"x28" space. Duplex - $21/night Every cat must have at least one condo @ $14, but a duplex (two adjoining condos) may be requested for an additional $7. GROOMING Grooming is also available while your pet is being boarded. If any grooming services are performed, pets cannot be picked up until after 3:00 pm.
