Thank you in advance for your cooperation with these changing policies. Our hearts are with those who are being directly affected by this outbreak.
- We are currently only doing curbside service and drop off appointments only.
- All clients will remain in their vehicle unless pet is difficult to get out of the car.
- We have our carport in operation for the colder weather (winds, snow, ice, etc). Please park in a spot under the carport and call our office to let them know.
- For medication refills, please call the front desk and they will run out the medications for you.

We have re-opened our doors!
Please see the following announcement including the precautions we will be taking to keep you and our staff safe.

First, we’d like to take a moment to say thank you! You, our clients, have been so incredible during this trying time! You have supported us as we worked our way through the many obstacles the past few months, and we cannot thank you enough! Our staff is working extra hard these days to make sure you and your pet feel like you've had the best experience here. With that being said, please be patient and appreciative of our staff. The veterinary field is one of the harder fields, emotionally and physically. We are doing the best given the circumstances of Covid-19. We appreciate our clients so much! If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.
Second, as we all know this virus has brought about protocol changes in many areas of our lives. Our cleaning protocols have been updated to ensure that we are killing any potential viral particles between clients in each area of the hospital. (We do acknowledge that this cleaning process may take some extra time, so please be patient with us as we try to get each room clean for you before bringing you and your pet into the building) Several changes have also been made in our protocols for seeing patients/clients. One change this virus brought about here has been our new curbside service and drop-off appointments, which we will continue by client request.
Finally, we wish to let you know that while we are doing everything we can to keep you and your pets safe and healthy in our hospital, we will need you to do your part too! We have put in place some social distancing guidelines based on recommendations by the CDC. Please take a moment to review these protocols before your pet’s appointment.
