For the health of all of our animal guests, we require proof of current vaccinations and exam before admission into our boarding and grooming. If your pet is not current on either of these, or we have not received the vaccination and exam records, we are happy to provide that service on the day of admission.
We recommend scheduling your boarding reservation as soon as possible. If your plans change, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible so we can accommodate another boarder from our waiting list. Scheduled Holidays:
New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
Christmas Eve and New Years Eve the hospital will close early...usually around 12:30 pm.

**Clients that will be picking up or dropping off during the After Hours time are required to pre-pay. There is an additional fee for the After Hours pick-up/drop-off. We appreciate After Hours scheduling ahead of time. We will do everything we can to accommodate emergency situations.
The Pet Lodge provides Hills Science Diet Sensitive Stomach food for all boarders. If you would like to supply your own food for your pets, please do so in a labeled, re-sealable container. (i.e. Tupperware or individual zip-lock baggies with the pets name, last name, and feeding instructions). Please note that if your dogs need to be separated for feeding then two runs must be reserved. We provide soft and sanitary beds for all our guests. These are cleaned as needed while your pet is here, including if the water bowl is spilled and the bedding becomes wet. Beds are completely sanitized between guests. We do not encourage bringing your own bedding. Quite often these are difficult to clean properly and may be in the washing cycle when you come to pick up your pet. If you wish to bring your petīs own bedding then we ask for your understanding if the bedding is in the washing cycle. We realize that it is a great inconvenience to ask you to return for the bedding. However, we insist that bedding is clean for all pets all the time. Please clearly and permanently label all bedding with your petīs first and last name. Thank you for your understanding. Any toys and/or personal items are left at your own risk. There is constant excitement that occurs in the kennel area. Most exciting for the boarders are the sight and smell of other dogs. With all of this excitement some dogs may not play with their toys at all or completely destroy them. Either way, rest assured that the fun-loving Pet Lodge Team is always ready to play and give extra attention to each boarder.
Each kennel space is cleaned and sanitized with an anti-viral and anti-bacterial approved kennel cleanser at least twice a day. Feeding dishes are also disinfected before being washed in the kennel dishwasher.
All dogs are exercised at least twice a day. They get hand walked while their runs are being cleaned. If your pet has any health issues, or has had surgery recently, please let us know. Medications (including injections) can be given to your pet during his/her stay for an additional fee.
