Dr. Serna earned her Bachelor of Animal Biology from UC Davis in California and shortly after that made the long journey to Australia with her two dogs. In Australia, she met her wonderful husband and began working on her Bachelor of Veterinary Science from the University of Queensland. She practiced in Australia for 3 years before moving back to southern California where she practiced for another 2 years. Dr. Serna decided to make another journey here to Colorado to be closer to family. Dr. Serna has special interests in preventative health and end of life care. She enjoys her free time by spending it with her husband, 2 year old daughter and her 5 pets; Davis, Clemson, Harvey, Squishy, and Flash.
